CHECKING OUT EBOOKS
- The eBook collection is available 24/7/365.
- Students may have 3 eBooks, eAudiobooks, or streaming videos checked out at a time.
- The checkout period is 14 days for eBooks and eAudiobooks, and 7 days for videos.
- eBooks never accrue fines. The digital copy automatically disappears from your device at the end of the checkout period.
PRINTING & COPYING
There are two printers (Color and B&W) and a photocopier available for use by students and staff at no charge during school day hours. Students should limit print/copy jobs to school-related projects and opt for B&W if color is not required. See a member of the library staff for help installing or using printers.
We uphold all Federal Copyright Laws pertaining to reproduction of copyrighted work. Ask a librarian for more information about copyright and what is considered Fair Use.

USE OF LIBRARY SPACE
In addition to the Conduct Guidelines for Students, the following guidelines have been adopted to ensure that all members of the Trinity Episcopal School community may enjoy the library:
In addition to the Conduct Guidelines for Students, the following guidelines have been adopted to ensure that all members of the Trinity Episcopal School community may enjoy the library:
- Be considerate of others working in the library. Maintain a respectful noise level and always use headphones when listening to audio.
- Furniture, laptops and resources are available first come, first served. Furniture should be returned to its proper place after use. Laptops should be returned to the laptop cart and plugged in to recharge after use.
- Students are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. All food and trash should be placed in trashcans and surfaces should be cleaned if dirty.
- Classes booked in the library have first priority for library space, computers and resources.
- The library is reserved for juniors and seniors during lunch. An announcement will be made if the library is open to lower grades during lunch due to special circumstances.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY FOR TRINITY COMPUTER NETWORKS
The Internet is a valuable research tool. While the broad range of information available is tremendous, some information is inappropriate for a school setting. Trinity Episcopal School takes precautions to restrict access to inappropriate materials and to monitor student use of computer networks. Unfortunately on a global network it is impossible to control all materials and a student may discover material that is not consistent with the educational goals of Trinity. Because we firmly believe that the value of the information and interaction available on the Internet far outweighs the possibility that students may procure inappropriate material, students are expected to read and abide by the following rules for computer use.Computers are to be used primarily for academic tasks. Students are not permitted to use computers to:
